Enrique Mejia came to the business with extensive roofing knowledge and hands-on experience in the work itself. Adriana Milanes brought a deep understanding of the processes behind the project — from permitting and materials to the details that keep a roofing project moving.
When they founded Florida Quality Roof Solution, they brought those strengths together around something they both cared deeply about: the customer experience.
They understood that homeowners want more than a finished roof. They want to know what is happening, who is responsible, when things will move forward and whether the company they hired will actually follow through.
That philosophy became part of the way FQRS operates today.

Once you sign your contract, we take care of the permitting process and keep your project moving forward. Once the permit is approved, we are ready to begin.

WE DON'T ASK FOR AN UPFRONT PAYMENT
Your first payment is due when we begin the project. We handle the permitting process after the contract is signed, so you can move forward with confidence before making your first project payment.

Your project should not disappear into a contractor's schedule after you sign. At FQRS, we stay involved throughout the process — coordinating the next steps, communicating with you and overseeing the work until the project is complete.
